Soul Brunch At The New Rivers Casino

The Hamilton Hill Arts Center has been promoting the knowledge, preservation and continued development of African and African-American culture and art for over 40 years. Classes and programs for at-risk youth and teens have provided opportunities to learn, grow, and build character, enriching the quality of life in the community and throughout the Capital Region.

The Soul Brunch menu is amazing, and includes:

• Omelet Bar with smoked andouille sausage and jerked bay shrimp,
• A soup and salad station that includes chicken gumbo and cole slaw
• Fried chicken
• Red Velvet waffles with warm maple syrup
• Slow roasted beef short ribs with onion gravy,
• Peach cobbler and Sweet Potato Banana Pudding for dessert
