So That Was A Tornado After All In The Albany Area
Just when you thought tornadoes was merely a midwest phenomenon.
The National Weather Service in Albany confirms a tornado touched down in Schenectady county on Thursday, May 22, between 3:30 and 4:30 in the afternoon.
High winds knocked down trees and power lines. Homes and vehicles were damaged.
This is the second tornado in two years for Schenectady county - it was almost to the week last year when a tornado touched down in Mariaville.
Makes you wonder what's going on in the world of weather.
