Retired Trooper Shoots Himself At Colonie Center

A retired New York State Police investigator accidentally shot himself in the leg on Tuesday night. The man’s gun went off while trying on clothes in the changing room of Sears at Colonie Center Mall. I guess skinny jeans really are dangerous to your health.

Colonie police identified the man as 56 year old Robert Talbot of Ballston Spa. A .22 caliber gun in his pants pocket accidentally fired. Police say his injuries are not life threatening.

Maybe the retired cop should also retire from bearing arms. I’m sure the pants looked great.
