Police Steal Man’s Money Then Pepper Sprays Witness …… All While On Video

I know the title of the article sounds crazy... but from looking at the video something is definitely strange. This time NYPD cop allegedly 'steals $1300' from man during stop-and-frisk ? If you watch the video you can actually see the police officer take "something" out of a man's pocket and then proceed to put it in his pocket. Whether it was $1300 or not is up for debate.

What would you do in a situation like this ? Who can you tell ? Who would believe you ? This is becoming a big concern in this country with a new case of police wrong doing coming to fore front everyday. The police can basically take any piece of property and it is up to you (very costly) to prove how you attained the property.
