Fireman Cory Kalanick became a viral sensation when his GoPro camera showcased his heroic effort to save a kitten. The video shows Kalanick walking around a home when he came across the lifeless body of a tiny kitten. An oxygen mask and a few splashes of water did the trick and a thankful owner now has their little friend back. City firefighters in Cohoes are now prepared for similar situations.

Fire trucks will now be equipped with oxygen masks and air tubes for different sized pets. The equipment was donated from a non-profit organization called Oxygen Masks for Pets.
