Nelly is denying the latest sexual assault allegations filed against him from a woman in England.

As we previously reported, police in Essex, England have launched a criminal investigation into a woman’s claim that the St. Louis rapper masturbated in front of her and tried to force oral sex.

The woman, identified as “Jane Doe 2,” alleges that Nelly took a photo with her and then invited her back to his dressing room. It was there, she claims, that Nelly removed his pants and start pleasuring himself in front of her while trying to move her hand to his penis.

TMZ caught up with Nelly trying to catch a flight at LAX on Wednesday (Feb. 14). The cameraman asked him how does he respond to the recent allegations of sexual assault and he simply replied, "How I always respond, I'm innocent."

The St. Louis rhymer also complained that his accusers -- both in Washington state and England -- are getting way more attention than the news of the charges being dropped against him in Washington state.

Nelly also brushed off the cameraman's loaded question of whether it's smart for artists to get intimate with their fans. "I don't know nothing about that," he said.

Since the allegations surfaced, Nelly's attorney, Scott Rosenblum, said that the rapper would be cleared of any charges.

"The fact that the police are investigation these claims is not new information and Nelly welcomes a thorough investigation," he said. "Nelly was accompanied by his girlfriend during this tour and she was at his side throughout."

This new alleged incident occurred two months after Monique Greene claimed Nelly raped her on his tour bus in Washington state. Since then, prosecutors have dropped the sexual assault charges against the rapper. However, Greene, has filed a defamation lawsuit against him.
