Mobb Deep is making a return to rap. The rap duo appeared on HuffPost Live Thursday (Dec. 19) to announce a new project and tour to commemorate the 20th anniversary of their classic album, 'The Infamous.'

According to Prodigy, the double-CD, 'The Infamous Mobb Deep,' will boast the original 16 tracks remastered plus 10 unreleased songs from the recording session. Guest verses from Nas, Raekwon and Ghostface Killah that were originally scrapped will be featured on the new LP as well as unreleased rhymes from Havoc and Prodigy.

The special reissued album is slated to arrive in stores March 2014.

Along with the album, Mobb Deep will embark on a North America tour.

The 31-city trek will kick off Jan. 10 in San Diego, and hit major cities like Philadelphia, New York, Miami, New Orleans, Los Angeles, Seattle and Denver before wrapping it up in Chicago on May 2. Tickets are on sale now at the group’s official website.

Havoc and Prodigy are still amazed at how influential 'The Infamous' has become 20 years later.

"I had no idea," said Havoc. "And looking back on it now, in retrospect, I feel special to be part of it."
