Miracle on Craig Street is the community-based non-profit initiative created to reopen The Carver Community Center. The center, which was founded nearly 50 years ago was a hub for children and families to gather whose closing in 2013 deeply impacted the Hamilton Hill Neighborhood.

Brand new for 2017 join Miracle On Craig street for in the latest creative twist to fundraising for their first ever outdoor fundraiser.

This Saturday, with a yoga class held in Central Park. There will be healthy refreshments on sale for a $1. This is a family event and children are welcome. Please bring your own mat if you have one available as they will be limited and on a first come first serve basis.

This is a healthy fun activity that the entire family can participate.  Tickets are only $10 per person The event will take place in Central Park in the grass near the basketball courts and will be facilitated by Chelle Pean.

Chelle is a certified yoga instructor whose enjoys sharing her love of wellness and breaking sterotypes of how health should look.  You can also find her teaching yoga at Namaslay, a class which has created as a safe space for the community of color to experience yoga, combining low-impact poses with a Soul, Hip-Hop, and R&B soundtrack (it's fire, trust me).
