Listen to a Preview of Michael Jackson’s New Song ‘Chicago’
Michael Jackson and Timbaland certainly make a nice combination, and fans of the two can now listen to a 30-second preview of their collaboration 'Chicago,' which is reminiscent of the late singer's 1983 song 'Billie Jean,' for its tale of a steamy love affair gone wrong.
The song appears on the King of Pop's posthumous release, 'Xscape.' "She said she didn't have no man / Raised the kids the very best she can / She told me she was all alone / Said she thought I didn't have no one," the legendary crooner sings.
'Chicago' was actually recorded back in 1999, but it failed to make Jackson's 2001 album 'Invincible.' However, it eventually made its way to Timbaland, so he put his personal touches on it by adding an ominous beat.
This is the second newly-released effort from the 'Xscape' LP in just one week. Usher helped debut the Justin Timberlake-assisted 'Love Never Felt So Good' at the first annual iHeartRadio Music Awards on Sunday (May 1).
Jackson's new album, 'Xscape,' arrives May 13.
