Man With Two Different Sized Legs Arrested In Albany Area Burglary [PICTURE]

A low-down, dirty dog from Gansevoort was picked up by local police for allegedly stealing around $10,000 in jewelry from a nearby home.

The 38 year-old will be charged with second-degree burglary, a felony charge.
