Man Charged With Murder After Allegedly Shooting Teen For Pranking Him [VIDEO]

This is a sad story.

This happened in Arkansas. A group of teenagers was fired upon for playing a prank on a resident by throwing eggs and smearing mayonnaise on his car. Instead of calling the police or approaching the children, like a responsible ADULT, he responded by allegedly shooting at the vehicle and killing one of the passengers.

Willie Noble the shooter was charged with 1st degree murder, committing a terrorist act, and five counts of aggravated assault he shot and killed one passenger 15-year old Adrian Broadway.

What is with the rash of people killing teenagers, just for being teenagers ? How long should he go to prison or should he go to prison at all ?
