A man was arrested and held without bail after allegations surfaced that he had been stalking and harassing singer Rihanna at her NYC SoHo apartment.

The New York Daily News reports that the homeless man, who they identify as Kevin Mcglynn, 53, reportedly dropped off three threatening letters addressed to Rihanna at her apartment. Authorities say that he also mailed four letters to her in California as well.

In the letters, he referred to the 26-year-old singer as a 'b----' and threatened to “bum (rush) in her apartment."

Video surveillance at the building had spotted him in the act, but Mcglynn was only caught Thursday night after he dropped his benefits card outside of Rihanna's apartment building, which had his name and address on it .

On Friday, at his arraignment, he reportedly told the court that he felt Jay Z, Kanye West and Rihanna had ripped off "my material." The judge then ordered that he be held without bail.
