Kanye West was one of the first rappers to cast a spotlight onto Lupe Fiasco, so it's no surprise that the "Kick Push" performer is supporting Kanye in his time of need. During a recent concert, Lupe spoke out about the unseen effects of the rap industry and offered Kanye his support. You can checkout Fiasco's heartfelt message in the video up top.

In the video, Lupe touches on some of the psychological effects of being a rap star. "And to perform, day in and day out," Lupe says. "And when you not performing, you thinking about performing. And when you not thinking about performing, you performing. When you not performing, you recovering from performing. When you not recovering from performing you gotta prepare yourself to perform again. That's hard."

Lupe continues, "And with that said, we want to send prayers out to my big bro Kanye. He say a lot of goofy shit sometimes, but he from Chicago, so it don't even fucking matter, and I wish a nigga would say something. Show you what this Chi-Raq shit really about." Lupe added that he was joking about the last part and added that people should support 'Ye if they feel like he's ever helped them out through his music.

Lupe's concert get-well shout-out comes just a couple of days after Yeezy cancelled the remainder of his Saint Pablo tour and was checked into a hospital. According to TMZ, Dr. Michael Farzam called police to get Kanye because he was suffering from “temporary psychosis due to sleep deprivation and dehydration.” According to a police report obtained by TMZ, 'Ye tried to assault a gym staff member. The name of the gym hasn't been revealed.

Of course, the cancellation of Kanye's tour and his subsequent hospital stay come shortly after his emotional rant during one of his shows, which he cancelled after performing just a few songs. In the rant, he name-dropped Jay Z, Beyoncé, Drake, DJ Khaled and more.

It's clear that all is not well in the world of Kanye, and we are wishing he and his family  nothing but the best. Get well soon Kanye!
