Local Teen Accused Of Filming Women Changing In Locker Room

A 15 year old pervert has been accused of filming women in a locker room at the Saratoga Golf & Polo Club on Church St. in Saratoga Springs. According to the Times Union, the phone had been recording for about an hour before it was discovered.

One female member of the club found the cell on top of one of the lockers. The phone had images of five female club members.
