VENT Fitness℠ is a brand new concept in fitness. Combining their long-standing commitment to our members and our community, VENT Fitness℠ is proud to open their doors with a state-of-the-art, eco-friendly approach to your fitness.

Using only state-of-the-art training techniques, their training Staff will be as dedicated to achieving your goal as you are. Starting with a fitness assessment, they will determine the areas you need to stretch and strengthen to improve your overall health and performance. Next, they will work with you to determine sensible eating habits that will suit your goals and lifestyle. Then, using integrated functional training techniques, they provide cardiovascular, core and functional strength training.

VENT Fitness℠ Group Training (VGT) combines calorie-blasting metabolic training with resistance training to give you a super-fast, efficient and FUN workout that will keep you coming back for more.

Group Training sessions are:

  • Guided by a trainer and consist of up to 12 participants of all ages and abilities
  • Concentrated, efficient intervals
  • Simple, effective moves using various equipment including kettlebells, rope, resistance bands, bosu, and more
  • Enjoy unlimited Group Training classes with our Level III membership!

VENT Fitness℠ proudly offers the area’s most extensive selection of group exercise classes, including Les Mills Body Pump, Body Step, Body Combat, and more! All four clubs offer dozens of Spinning® classes, as well as Zumba®, Yoga, Pilates and more.
