Lil Wayne publicized his beef with the city of Miami and their professional basketball team during NBA All Star Weekend. He lead the concert crowd in disrespectful chants aimed at the Heat and the NBA. Several prolific Miami natives came to the city’s aid including Uncle Luke, Trick Daddy and, most recently, Pitbull.

Pit dropped a remix to the Baauer viral smash, “Harlem Shake” with the subtitle “Welcome 2 Dade County.” The record disses Wayne for his comments and advises Weezy not to “s--- where you eat.”

Wayne had previously attempted making amends with Miami during an interview with a local radio station. He said “I love everyone here, it’s just I’m passionate about sports and I felt very disrespected, that’s all. I felt very, very disprespected.” He’s referring to an incident when he was asked to leave a Miami Heat game (before All Star Weekend) because he was allegedly rooting for the away team, the Los Angeles Lakers.

Weezy also took back the comments he made regarding LeBron James, however, he still thinks Dwayne Wade and Chris Bosh are a couple of bums.

So all of this happened before the Pitbull diss-mix. Weezy’s response via twitter?
