Last year, Lady Gaga released the R. Kelly-assisted single, 'Do What U You,' but strangely there was no official music video for it. So what happened?

According to the NYPost, Gaga's team blamed the video's delay on people who "have betrayed her.” But if you look at the visual above, which was leaked by TMZ, it's easy to see why her management team scrapped the visual altogether.

In the 30-second NSFW clip, you can see Dr. Kellz in a hospital room examining Gaga with his fingers under the covers causing her to moan. Eww! There are also scenes of a naked Gaga squirming on the floor covered in only newspaper clippings. Oh, and there are nurses twerking in the E.R. Yeah, it's that bad.

The NYPost reports that not only was the video canned because of its sexual themes but Gaga's management had a problem with the clip's featured stars: R. Kelly and photographer Terry Richardson. Both artists are under scrutiny for their alleged sexual misconduct.

At the time, in December 2013, the Village Voice posted a detailed report of R. Kelly's sexual accusations and Richardson has been accused of lewd sexual conduct by numerous models involved in his photo shoots.

So given the sexual nature of the video and its two stars, Gaga's managers halted the video's release to avoid any controversy. Smart move.

Lady Gaga's management team had no comment on the matter.
