Kid Cudi announced last night (Aug. 14) on Twitter that both of his new albums are finished. The tweeted was capped by a picture of Olympic gold medalist Usain Bolt's smiling face as he raced to victory yesterday evening.

Later on last night, Cudder returned to Twitter to say that he'll be letting fans know the details on his upcoming releases soon. So far, he’s said to have been in the studio with Pharrell,Travis Barker and Andre 3000.  Though back in June, he tweeted that he was particularly excited about his work with Pharrell, which he described as "magic" before adding that his upcoming projects will have “new energy” and “new frequency.”

"Couldn't feel more blessed right now," he tweeted last night. "I love [ya'll] so much man. Ima have some info this week about everything, release date, etc."

Cudi's most recent project came in 2015, Speedin' Bullet 2 Heaven. The first project out of the gate is expected to be Passion, Pain & Demon Slayin’, though if he remains true to his word, confirmation on that will come later this week.

On the acting front, the 32 year-old has also snagged a role on the third season of the Fox drama, Empire. Cudi will recur on the popular, drama-filled series as Gram, an indie musician who is a rival to Hakeem (Byshere Gray). Cudi’s character will be dating Hakeem’s ex, Tiana (Serayah McNeill),
