With five albums under her belt, soulful R&B singer Keyshia Cole is currently touring in promotion of her forthcoming effort, ‘Point of No Return.’ She gave eager New York fans quite a show Tuesday night (July 29) at Irving Plaza, performing tracks both new and old.

She treated the crowd to some brand new songs like ‘Tango’ and ‘Heat of Passion,’ along with other recently released efforts ‘Rick James’ and ‘She.’

Cole performed with confidence, strength and honesty, which was obviously appreciated by her supporters screaming in the audience. It'll be no surprise if her forthcoming release surpasses the success of her 2012 effort ‘Woman to Woman' if this show is any indication of her fan base.

She also sang fan favorites ‘I Changed My Mind,’ ‘I Shoulda Let You Go,’ ‘Love’ and ‘I Should’ve Cheated,’ which caused those in the crowd to sing along with as much passion as she did. The night came to a close as Cole moved into other notable tunes ‘Heaven Sent’ and ‘Let It Go.’

Atlanta-based singer Adrian Marcel took the stage as the opener, quieting many of the “Keyshia!” chants as he performed a snippet of R. Kelly’s ‘Bump N’ Grind.’ He then went into a cover of Floetry’s ‘Say Yes.’
