Riding high off the strength of a No. 1 album and having his single chosen to be the official theme song for the 2017 NBA Playoffs, Kendrick Lamar floated to the courtside at the Staples Center to see the Los Angeles Clippers face-off against the Utah Jazz last night (April 25).

K. Dot was all smiles as the crowd offered-up a serious round of applause for their near-hometown champion, with his song "Humble" playing over the speakers, of course. Unfortunately for Kendrick and other fans, Chris Paul and the Clips took that L, falling to the Jazz 96-92. Ouch. Still, that doesn't make K. Dot's appearance at the game any less awesome.

On an interesting note, Kendrick was sitting next to L.A. Police Commissioner Steve Soboroff, who tweeted out, "#thisguy helped me navigate the @Staples Center website to buy tix for @kendricklamar concert in August."

Kendrick is currently the hottest musician in the land. Recently, it was revealed that every single track off his new album, titled DAMN., has landed on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Led by "Humble" at No. 1, K. Dot's DAMN. cuts “Loyalty” (14)  “Element” (16), “Love” (18), “Yah” (32), “XXX” (33), “Feel” (35), “Pride” (37), “Lust” (42), “Fear” (50), “Blood” (54), “God” (58) and “Duckworth” (63) have all landed in the charts top 70.

The Clippers might have taken that L, but K. Dot's winning enough for everyone in Cali. Be humble, absorb the greatness. You can see a video and a picture of K. Dot at the game in the tweets below.
