CARES agency is hiring and looking for full-time candidates. CARES collaborates with and supports the community to create a system of care to prevent and end homelessness. They do this through:

Planning & Technical assistance for partner organizations
Providing housing for people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA)
Raising Awareness of the extent of homelessness and solutions

Job description duties but not limited to: CARES Housing Case Manager is responsible for CARES’ tenants living in our 24 units of Permanent Supportive Housing for PLWHA. We operate a Housing First Model with a focus on assisting tenants achieve housing stability, improved and/or stable health outcomes and overall improved quality of life. This position operates out of our CARES Housing Office, Monday – Friday. Salary range $40,000 - $45,000*.
