Kanye West has found himself in the history books. The mercurial rapper-producer’s The Life of Pablo is reportedly the first album to debut at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart based entirely on streaming only.

According to Hits Daily Double, the majority of the 90,000 SPS (Sales Plus Streaming) earned came from popular streaming services like Tidal, Spotify and Apple Music. As of now, there are no physical copies of TLOP, however, rumor has it that a deluxe version of the album could be available on vinyl in the coming months.

HDD credits this “unprecedented strategy” to Yeezy’s new manager Scooter Braun, Izvor "Izzy" Zivkovic, Steve Bartels and the team at Def Jam. West’s TLOP album has been promoted as a “living” album in which the 38-year-old Chicago native will continue to tweak the album as he sees fit.

On Saturday (April 9), West went on his Twitter account and thanked his fans for making the album No. 1. He also hinted that he is currently working on his upcoming tour.

“Thank you to everybody who made The Life of Pablo the number 1 album in the world,” he wrote. “I’m so happy that you guys like the music...I’m working on the tour designs now..."

As we previously reported, reps for West revealed that he's been working on tour ideas since February. He's currently working out the logistics of the trek.

Although no official tour dates have been revealed, radio stations in both Portland, Ore., and Atlanta prematurely announced dates of when Yeezy was coming to their city.

Either way, when a paparazzi asked 'Ye when the tour is coming, he replied, "Soon."
