There was some speculation at the end of 2012 that Kim Kardashian might be killing the career of Kanye West. There was even a rumor that he was offered to perform at a News Years Eve gig, only if Kim K would appear as part of a package deal. All seems well again in the world of ‘Ye, as he’s scheduled to headline NYC’s The Governors Ball Music Festival in June. This will be his first headlining gig since his collaboration Throne tour with Jay-Z.

The 3 day festival, happening June 7, 8 and 9 at Randall’s Island in NYC, features an eclectic line-up with performers representing multiple genres. Kanye will co-headline with rockers, Kings of Leon. An additional headliner has yet to be announced.

The current list of performers include:

Kanye West

Kings of Leon

Nas

Pretty Lights

Kendrick Lamar

The Lumineers

Erykah Badu

Of Monsters And Men

Azealia Banks

Miguel

Icona Pop

… and more. Get the full line-up and ticket information here.
