If you have never been to the Black Arts & Cultural Festival this is definitely the year to go! This year will feature a performance from Jody Watley and Shalamar Reloaded.

You can bring the entire family to check out the food and the fun. The best part of this festival is that is absolutely free and family friendly.   • Join us at the Black Arts & Cultural Festival Presented by McDonald's
    At the Empire State Plaza Saturday, August 5 starting at 2pm.
  • With a performance by Grammy winning artist Jody Watley featuring Shalamar Reloaded.
  • Kicking things off - a community parade with the Brooklyn United Marching Band
  • Plus a “Teen Scene,” Scratch Academy, Kids Zone, and a Gospel area featuring Dr. Rhonda Ferguson and the Capital District Youth Mass Choir.
