The prediction is admittedly a little early, but according to a Hits Daily Double report, J. Cole's latest album, 4 Your Eyez Only is predicted to hit the No. 1 spot on the Billboard 200 Chart.

If that actually happens, it would claim the top spot from The Hamilton Mixtape which just upended The Weeknd's Starboy for No. 1 on the chart. According to the report, the North Carolina rapper is expected to sell 500,000 in one week. As a reference, the three highest debuts on Billboard so far this year have been The Weeknd (who earned 348,000 equivalent album units in the week ending Dec. 1, according to Nielsen Music), Drake’s Views (with 1.04 million units) and Beyoncé’s Lemonade (with 653,000) for the biggest debut of 2016 so far.

If 4 Your Eyez hits No. 1, it would mean that all four of J. Cole's albums have claimed the position. His debut album, 2011’s Cole World The Sideline Story hit No. 1 the first week, as did 2015's 2014 Forest Hills Drive. However, 2013's Born Sinner didn't claim the top spot until it's third week.

2014 Forest Hills Drive is now double platinum with no features and was the first album to be certified with one million sales units without a guest appearance in 25 years, and if 4 Your Eyez Only does the same, it'll give J. Cole a chance to earn that distinction twice, as there are again, no features on the 10-track album.
