Just one week after earning his fourth straight platinum-selling album, J. Cole's acclaimed 4 Your Eyez Only will be the focus of his second HBO special in just over a year's time.

On Sat., April 15, HBO will premiere 4 Your Eyez Only, A Dreamville Film, an engaging new multi-narrative presentation featuring performances of tracks from the 4 Your Eyez Only album. Along with Cole on the mic, he also serves as the man behind the camera, giving a platform to voices from the South in honest footage that reveals their underlying concerns and struggles in their communities.

More than a visual accompaniment, the J. Cole and Scott Lazer-directed 4 Your Eyez Only, A Dreamville Film gives life to the world Cole explores on his latest album. The film finds the Friday Night Lights rapper interviewing people from Baton Rouge, Atlanta, Ferguson, Mo., and his father's hometown of Jonesboro, Ark., letting residents tell stories of their interminable search for viable housing, while also shining a light on the struggles of felons who've been barred from voting. Cole pays particular attention to his father's hometown, which mirrors much of the U.S. in its struggle to integrate.

The multi-layered special, which will air this Saturday (April 15) at 10 p.m. EST/PST, will also be available to watch through HBO NOW, HBO GO, HBO On Demand and affiliated portals.
