Looks like we'll be hearing J. Cole's sophomore album, 'Born Sinner,' earlier than anticipated.

The rapper revealed that his forthcoming LP will be released on June 18 rather than June 25.

His spur of the moment decision to move the project up a week was made on the heels of Kanye West announcing his new album, 'Yeezus,' would be released on June 18 also.

"Kanye West is one of the greatest artists of our generation," Cole wrote on Twitter. "Which is exactly why I'm moving my release date up."

He also revealed two new album art covers for 'Born Sinner.'

One cover (the deluxe edition) shows what appears to be a baby devil with a crown over its head and the other cover (the standard) features a cloudy dark path into gates of heaven, covered with gold lines.

Things look interesting for hip-hop in the month of June.
