Lil Wayne is bringing is his America’s Most Wanted Music Festival to SPAC on August 3rd. Last year, his Young Money mate, Drake, performed at the venue with special guests J. Cole, French Montana, Waka Flocka Flame, 2 Chainz and Meek Mill. This year’s line-up isn’t as robust but it’s sure to please.

It was originally announced that Wayne would be joined by T.I. and Future at the SPAC show. Now we’re hearing reports that Future has been replaced by YMCMB’s own Tyga. Future is hotter than sliced bread right now but I find the Mayor of Rack City to be a suitable replacement. I can’t say this news is 100% accurate yet, though, so take it with a grain of salt. LiveNation and other ticket sites still list Future on the line-up.

This year’s line-up may not be as powerful as Drake’s Club Paradise Tour last year but, in my opinion, it’s an upgrade from Weezy’s 2011 SPAC show. On the “I Am Still Music Tour”, Wayne was joined by openers Rick Ross, Lloyd, Keri Hilson and Far East Movement.

Rozay tore the roof off and Keri was looking as beautiful as ever but it didn’t feel like a “real” hip hop show. With T.I. and (Future or Tyga), the energy is gonna be live on 8/3. Get ready!!
