Is Fetty Wap Faking A Disability?

There is a lot of controversy going on about Fetty Wap's eye.

Apparently Ray Jay's manager called him about faking a disability. Wack 100, a.k.a. Ray's manager, posts a picture up on Instagram exposing his eye switching up on the camera. One minute it is on the left, the next the right. IS Fetty Wap faking his disability? What do you think?

My thoughts I don't really see why he would do that. Why would he do that? I don't see him for someone who would be a fraud for money. If he did, He did a pretty good job at fooling me on that situation.
