NPR Tiny Desk Concert recently took an interesting turn by inviting Gucci Mane to perform on the popular series.

Of course, Tiny Desk is known for having artists come through and perform in an intimate office setting with a live band. And while they frequently invite hip-hop artists, including Common and Anderson .Paak this year, Gucci honestly seemed like a bit of a stretch. However, in true Guwop fashion, he remained comfortable on the small stage, as he ran through his hits including "First Day Out," "Waybach," and "Last Time." Zaytoven backed Gucci on the piano, showing off why he earned the nickname with an impressive showing.

Gucci Mane has been having a stellar year thus far, with the release of a slew of music including his popular summer album Guwop. He also has The Return of East Atlanta Santa coming out sometime this month.

Check out his stint on NPR above.
