Funkmaster Flex has never been one to withhold an opinion on the airwaves, no matter what the subject matter may be pertaining to hip-hop. On Tuesday (Feb. 27), the DJ took aim at several artists he deemed to be "wack rappers" underneath Diddy's Instagram post.

Puff's original post on Tuesday (Feb. 27) found him pondering the state of hip-hop culture, "I don’t want the culture to get diluted. Artists have to be special, you have to be unique. Don't just be apart of the noise. Be great. A MESSAGE FROM L O V E."

Flex felt some type of way about Diddy's sentiment, firing away at several rappers in the comments and then reposting the video on his own Instagram page captioned, "Yes!!!!!!!!!!!! So many wack rappers out here!!!!! If u think a rapper is wack @ them right now!!!!"

The Hot97 MC first went after G-Eazy, Lil Pump and Lil Yachty, before going back and adding Nicki Minaj to the list of rappers he deemed as "wack." Yachty was the only artist to respond in the comments writing, "Don't start with me Flex." The 49-year-old DJ mockingly commented back, "Yup! Lil Yachty don't want Migos to make a song about me! You Right!"
