Fat Joe was on Highly Questionable talking about the infamous 'I Got a Story to Tell' Song. In the song, B.I.G. describes a situation in which he was sleeping with a Knick's player's girlfriend at the player's own house. When the Knick's player returned unexpectedly, B.I.G. tied up the girlfriend, then drew a gun on the player and demanded money. The player obeyed, and B.I.G. left to share this story with his friends. Although B.I.G. never named who the player was, he did mention "a player from the New York Knicks" as the girl's boyfriend, and that this player's height was 6 feet 5 inches.

Play the cut, n*gg coming off some love potion sh*t
Flash the heat on em, he stood motionless
Dropped the glass screaming, “Don’t blast here’s the stash,
a hundred cash just don’t shoot my ass, please!”
Nigga pulling mad G’s out the floor
Put stacks in a Prada knapsack, hit the door
Grab the keys to the five, call my n*ggas on the cell
Bring some weed I got a story to tell, uhh...

I dont believe this for a minute... Anthony Mason was a savage. There is no way that Anthony Mason would've let this slide. Anthony Mason was known for being a tough guy -- he was from Queens and rolled with a bunch of shooters. There is no way that B.I.G. would've have had sex with his wife and tied him up and robbed him. Anthony Mason never rolled like that.

I've always thought the story was about Chris Childs. Chris Childs was known for getting robbed, and never got married or had a serious girlfriend that was made public. Chris Childs makes the most sense. Other supsects are Tony Campbell and John Starks. I think it's sad that people will automatically take this story and run with it because Anthony is not here to defend himself.
