Fake Marijuana To Become Illegal

What’s the difference between marijuana and “synthetic marijuana”? A lot. The real stuff makes you hungry and giggle. The synthetic stuff makes you hallucinate, bug out and convulse. That’s why the state is looking to criminalize the purchase and possession of the fake stuff as soon as possible.

The governor banned sales of synthetic drugs like “spice”, “k2” and “bath salts” earlier this year, but yesterday he took a step toward criminalizing possession. The fake stuff consists of herbs sprayed with a substance that makes you act like a wild animal.

People who get caught with any of this crap would be charged in a similar fashion to those with real marijuana.

It’s getting to the point where so many substances are illegal, they may have to legalize some to make room for future buzz inducers.
