Elementary School Principal Caught Dragging Kids Down Hallway

According to NBC , school principal who was caught on camera dragging kindergarten children through the hallways on two separate occasions will be allowed to return to work at the school following a ‘short’ suspension.

Carmen Perez-Dickson was the chief administrator at Tisdale School in Bridgeport, Connecticut, she was caught on video dragging not one but two five year old students down a hallway. The kids in the video look lifeless. Take a look at the video.
