Fresh off of signing a deal with J. Cole’s Dreamville label, Atlanta duo Earthgang has just released their new EP, Rags.

The duo, which is made up of Johnny Venus and Doctur Dot, brought a few guests along with them for their latest project, including fellow Dreamville labelmate, J.I.D. Rappers Childish Major and Mick Jenkins also make an appearance on the five-song project.

In a video which accompanied the group’s official signing announcement, J. Cole can be seen praising the group.

“When n---- think about Atlanta, they think about super trap s---. They think about Future… and Future is the god right now in that world, in that lane, but it’s like… them kids you seen at that show tonight? Them 3,000 kids, and then there was thousands more that didn’t make it in, they actually relate more to y’all,” he said.
