Yeah, Riley Cooper said it. You won't believe it, but he said it. At a Kenny Chesney concert in his best sleeveless-with-a-collar (?!) plaid shirt, the Eagles wide receiver set himself on a tee for Commissioner Roger Goodell (and everyone else) to kick.

The language is uncensored as Cooper let fly with "I will...fight every n***** here!" as he talks with friends at the concert. In speech and dress, Cooper sure isn't doing much to dispel stereotypes on either side of the color spectrum.

A sleeveless shirt with a collar? Was Cooper looking to add a touch of class to his sleeveless shirt collection, or did he just pop some tags for some red plaid he could rip the sleeves off of? Judging from what came out of his mouth, we can probably guess.

Cooper has already taken to Twitter to apologize, saying "I am so ashamed and disgusted with myself. I want to apologize. I have been offensive...but there are no excuses."

He got that right. An Eagle is about to get his wings clipped.

UPDATE: Philadelphia Eagles owner Jeffrey Lurie said the team has fined Cooper an undisclosed amount of money and QB Michael Vick stated that Cooper apologized to the team and they have forgiven him.
