DMX is mad as Hell at Drake -- and it's over an angel. X revealed his beef with Drizzy doesn't just rest on what he feels is Drake's "annoying" raps; he's also upset that the Canadian-born MC took the reins on a posthumous Aaliyah record without collaborating with anyone else the late songbird worked with.

In an interview with MTV News, X fumed over Drake's project. "I'm kinda feelin' some kinda way about the fact that you been commissioned, that you been blessed, you've been given the opportunity to do the Aaliyah album," he spat, "yet you don't include anybody that she worked with personally." DMX worked with Aaliyah on 'Romeo Must Die' and wasn't happy that he, Missy Elliott and Timbaland -- Aaliyah's most frequent collaborators -- were excluded from the record. He's not the only one displeased with the project, as Aaliyah's own family never gave Drake their blessing.

"I'ma tell you why I'm mad, son," he continued. "How do you disregard what this woman did? What this beautiful angel did and say, 'Oh OK, I'm gonna take it for myself because I'm hot right now and I'm feelin' myself,'" he said. "How do you just go there with it? Your balls ain't that big, son."

Those weren't the only harsh words he had for the 'YOLO' enthusiast. "He has talent, but it's kinda redundant," X said of Drake. "It's kinda the same all the time to me personally. It's an annoying sound."

DMX even demonstrates the sound in the video above. Check it out if you want a good laugh.
