DMX Arrested in South Carolina

Trouble seems to follow DMX every where he goes. Since 1999, he's had some legal issue or another. This year is no different.

On Tuesday, his bad luck continued in South Carolina. At approximately 2 a.m., the Yonkers, N.Y., emcee was spotted behind the wheel of a 1978 Buick. He was subsequently pulled over and taken into the Spartanburg County detention center for driving without a license.

What makes matters worse is that his 5-month-old daughter was in the backseat, according to TMZ.

DMX went before a judge and was later freed but this recent legal issue is nothing new for the rapper. He told the local FOX affiliate station, "No, I didn't have a license ... put the cuffs on me. Brought me here. I paid the money. Basically, just five hours wasted for nothing."

According to AllHipHop.com, Dark Man X was arrested for minor driving infractions in Maricopa County, Arizona six different times.
