DJ ShOw pays homage to the 5 Foot Assassin.

When I woke up early Wednesday, March 23, 2016, I picked up my phone to check for any important notifications: calls, texts, emails... you know the drill. Once I got to social media, the passing of one of Hip Hop's greats was everywhere. I said to myself, "NAH... Not Phife..." I was in a pure state of disbelief. I really couldn't believe it.

I didn't want to believe it.

A Tribe Called Quest were, and still are, one of my favorite Hip Hop groups of all time. To lose another one of my Hip Hop heroes hurts. As I always do, I had to pay homage by mixing, cutting, blending and scratching these 5 Foot Freak verses and A Tribe Called Quest songs.
