Diddy Talks Net Worth, Says Wealth Doesn’t Define His Success

Forbes listed Diddy as the most wealthy man in Hip Hop in 2013. But the boss of Bad Boy wanted to clarify one thing. He let it be known that the impact he has on other peoples’ lives is truly what defines his success. Right… I wonder how Loon, the girl-group Dream and everyone who’s ever been on “Making The Band” feel about that.

I’m half kidding about that. In all seriousness, Diddy does a lot to help the underprivileged. He recently donated a quarter mil to the Young Entrepreneur Network to help our youth succeed.

“And from a kid coming from Harlem, if I can do it then hopefully that’ll inspire somebody else to do it,” Diddy told Forbes. “And another thing about being #1 on the list is that I openly accept the responsibility that comes with that. That economic power gives me the opportunity to give back. And so, because I was able to work hard and to earn that money, I’m able to take care of my family”

According to the mag, Combs is worth $580 million. Contributing factors include Bad Boy Records, Ciroc, The Blue Flame Agency, Revolt television network and Sean John clothing.
