Did Chris Brown Tattoo Rihanna’s Face On His Neck?

Chris Brown’s new neck tat has the net goin’ kray! The speculation is the tattoo is a picture of Rihanna’s face. Breezy’s response is, “it’s a random woman.”

Have you actually SEEN the tattoo, or is everyone just assuming it’s Rihanna to fuel publicity? Click here for a close-up of the ink.  The assumption is natural, I suppose, because the face on his neck features stitching and lesions.

Chris Brown’s publicist denied the tattoo is of a woman’s battered face. After an explanation from tattoo artist Peter Kiskela, it doesn’t seem to be “BS”. The tat is a rendition of a MAC cosmetics design incorporated with a skull associated with Day Of The Dead (a Mexican Halloween-like celebration).
