Chris Brown's lawyer, Mark Geragos, is now weighing in on the criminal hit-and-run allegations against the singer.

Geragos tells TMZ that the allegations against his client are "B.S." He shares that, contrary to reports, Chris gave the the victim, Olga Gure-Kovalenko, whose car he hit, his driver's license and his insurance card. The lawyer admits that though Breezy didn't have a California driver's license, he handed over his Virginia one, which is more than sufficient.

TMZ reported earlier that the L.A. City Attorney filed charges against the beleaguered singer relating to an accident in which he rear-ended Gure-Kovalenko's Mercedes. The charge of hit and run, giving lack of correct information and driving without a valid license carry a maximum of six months in jail, each.

The alleged victim claims that Chris Brown went insane after the hit and screamed, "Who do you think you are, bitch?" TMZ adds that it got so bad that Breezy's sometimes boo Karrueche Tran yelled, "Don't touch her, don't touch her!"
