After rocking the ‘Today’ morning show, Chris Brown made an appearance on BET’s ’106 & Park’ on Monday (June 11) to premire his new video ‘Don’t Wake Me Up.’ The R&B crooner talked with host Terrance J about his Grammy win, his artwork, and um, Rihanna.

Brown didn’t throw any tantrums like he did at ‘Good Morning America’ last year. In fact, the singer was rather calm as he answered questions from the fans. Breezy was also looking very stylish as well, with his ripped black jeans, denim jacket and gold dookie necklace draped over his grey hoodie.

During his interview, Brown was grateful for his BET Awards nominations, including Video Director of the Year (‘Turn Up the Music’). He was also happy for the Grammy win in February for Best R&B album (‘F.A.M.E.’). “I ain’t buy it,” he told the crowd. “I don’t know who can buy a Grammy, but I didn’t buy it.” The ‘Oh Yeah’ crooner also added that he keeps his gramophone on a mantle and takes Instragam pics of it for his haters.

Later in the show, he answered questions from Team Breezy that were sent from Twitter. When the question was asked, “What was his favorite lyric from any current song,” Brown looked at the camera with a very mischievous smile.

It’s not even my birthday,” he sings, alluding to his ‘Birthday’ (Remix) with ex-girlfriend Rihanna. After a hearty laugh, Brown made it clear that he was only joking. “It’s good in the club,” he says of the song.

Brown seemed to have a good time on BET’s ’106 & Park’ and promised he will return to perform songs from his upcoming album ‘Fortune’ (due July 3). “Y’all know that ’106 & Park’ is my home,” he said.
