It's that time of year again when hundreds of people flood down town Saratoga in hopes to try some of the best chowder in the world. From corn chowder to potato chowder you name it you probably could make chowder out of it. My favorite kind of chowder would have to be creamy seafood chowder. My grandmother makes the best hands down. I so kindly asked her to share her recipe in case you want to give it a try yourself.

Grandma's Seafood Chowder:

  1. Cook onion in butter. Add flour.
  2. Add veggies, broth and your favorite wine and cook until tender.
  3. Stir in cream and seafood and simmer a few minutes.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
