Childish Gambino Shares Tracklist and Release Date for ‘Awaken My Love!’

The speculation about the drop date for the new Child Gambino (Donald Glover) album, Awaken My Love! has been confirmed by the man himself. The new project will officially be available on Dec. 2.

Yesterday, the multi-talented rapper/actor/writer shared the bold cover art for the project, along with a dense, funk-inspired love song, "Me and Your Mama." 

“They want us to see us falling apart / You know that I love you / So let me into your heart,” he sings on the grinding track.

As for the album itself, Glover is keeping it short and simple, at 11-tracks. Additionally, there are no features listed. Of course, Glover has proven to be a marketing genius, and if you're a fan of his hit, critically-acclaimed show, Atlanta, you may've peeped the art work for Awaken My Love! way back in October in the "Juneteenth" episode.
