Chief Keef can't catch a break when it comes to the long arm of the law. Hot on the heels of the news that the 17-year-old rapper is being sued for child support by his baby mama, he was arrested for smoking weed in DeKalb County, Ga.

Keef -- that's Keith Cozart to his mother and on all legal documents -- was arrested in Atlanta on Mon. May 20, TMZ reports. According to the police report, the 'I Don't Like' rhymer was busted for allegedly puffing on the green at a fancy hotel -- the LeMeridien Atlanta Perimeter.

He tweeted upon his release and he was not happy about the situation, posting: "Jus Got Out Of Dekalb County jail In Atlanta Mad As f---."

Keef may not even be old enough to vote, to register for the draft or to drink legally, but he's already amassed quite a rap sheet, both literally and figuratively. He's shown so much musical promise in a short period of time, having spit rhymes with massive names like 50 Cent and Wiz Khalifa. He's also been arrested twice before and even has a gun conviction, as well.

For a teenager, he's got some seriously adult problems. Let's hope none of this outside drama derails or interferes with his musical career. After all, he's got bills to pay.
