Chance the Rapper Sends Prayers Out to Kanye West From London
Currently on the European leg of his Coloring Book Tour, the Chi-town lyricist (and genuinely great person) joined BBC Radio's Trevor Nelson to properly introduce to U.K. the man we know as Lil Chano from 79th before performing two live tracks for guests in the London-based studio.
"I'm Chance. I'm from Chicago. I rap, I wake up early and I work. I'm a family man, and a man of God. And on top of that, I'm highly attractive, and women like to be around me," Chance proudly told Trevor and Live Lounge listeners.
After the introductory small talk, Chance took to the mic and rocked a stellar version of "All We Got." During the performance, the independent rapper quieted down and let the instrumental hum before breaking into to recognize his "big brother."
"I want to extend a special prayer to my big brother, Kanye West," Chance told BBC Radio and all its listeners. "I know there's a lot of weird folks out there, but you already know that I'm a hundred grand. I want to extend this prayer and this love all the way from Britain. We might come home early to see this. Happy Thanksgiving."
Kanye West is still being hospitalized at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles.
