Chance The Rapper recently hooked up a terminally ill teen up with tickets to see Coldplay.

It all started when Chance met high school student, Heidi Hernandez at Lou Malnati's Pizzeria on Thursday (Aug. 17). Hernandez has suffered from primary sclerosing cholangitis since the age of 3 and was recently diagnosed with hepatitis autoimmune. After hearing of her issues, Chano landed her some tickets to see her favorite band, Coldplay, who were performing that night.

"It felt like everyone was being connected somehow because you enjoy the same music," Hernandez told ABC7 Chicago.

She holds the band dear to her heart. "I got into a really bad depression where I wouldn't even be able to go to school. And I just started listening to [Coldplay's] music and it made me feel a lot better," she said.

Speaking of Chance's good deeds, the Coloring Book rapper put on a free show in his hometown of Chicago last weekend that featured Future, Jeremih and Madeintyo.

Dubbed the Bud Billiken Bash, Chano performed several of his latest hits including “No Problem” and “Angels.” He later brought out Hendrix who performed “Commas” and Jeremih who wooed the crowd with his hit, “Birthday Sex.”

Fans were definitely feeling the whole night. “@chancetherapper put on for his city last night,” one concertgoer noted on Instagram. “Never have a seen another artist put together such an amazing free concert as a ‘Thank You’ to his community.”

Earlier this week, Chance won big at the 2017 Teen Choice Awards taking home the trophies for Choice Breakout Artist and Choice R&B/Hip-Hop Song.
