Cardi B is on the rise, and she's showing no signs of slowing down. Just a few days after her hit single "Bodak Yellow" took the No. 1 spot on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, the ascendant Bronx rapper previewed some new music via Instagram Live.

In the clip, Bardi's staring into her phone's camera as she mouths the words to an unreleased song—which could very well be from her forthcoming album. The song snippet she plays finds the rapper spitting about her come-up and the perception that she used to have sex for money when she worked as a stripper.

"Used to dance in the club right across from my school/I said dance, not fuck, don't get it confused/Had to set the record straight, 'cause bitches love to assume," she spits in the clip.

In what appears to be either a hook or a prolonged bridge, Cardi raps, "Get money, go hard, muthafuckin' right/Never been a fraud in my muthafuckin' life/Get money, go hard, damn fuckin' right/Stunting on these bitches outta muthafuckin' spite," she spits in one part of the song."

The snippet finds Cardi talking down to all of her perceived doubters, but she's been getting a lot of love as of late. After "Bodak Yellow" jumped to No. 1 on the Billboard charts, rappers like Nicki Minaj and Pusha T gave her props. Azealia Banks, on the other hand, accused Cardi of having a ghostwriter for her hit record.
