According to PIX 11, two alleged iPhone thieves were arrested in New York last weekend after they apparently sent a selfie to the cell phone owner's mom.

Khayyam Alexander, 16 (left), and Fehti Nekrouf, 18, allegedly nabbed a 14-year-old boy's phone on April 17 in Manhattan at a music venue. They had the nerve to take a "selfie" on the phone and send it to the boy's mother.

How stupid can you be? Did they not know everything you do on a phone can be tracked? Obviously not. The two idiots ended up turning themselves in before the NYPD could use the selfie to track them.

Both suspects were charged with petty larceny and criminal possession of stolen property. All of this to steal a phone from a 14-year-old boy? Why don't these young men go find jobs?
